Acceptance and Eligibility

Agreement Acceptance

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • You must be a legal resident of a supported jurisdiction where CycleFund is licensed to operate
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • You must not be listed on any US OFAC, UN, EU, or other applicable sanctions lists
  • You must successfully complete our multi-jurisdiction identity verification (KYC) process
  • You must not have been previously suspended or banned from our Services
  • You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
